This is one item out the hundreds of items I’ve shot for over 120 restaurants throughout Los Angeles. It’s from a great little French place called Amandine Patisserie in Brentwood, CA. I photographed 21 items for them and got to try them all. If you’re in the Los Angeles area, check them out.

I used one Canon 580EX II speedlite camera left diagonally behind the dish with one 24”x36” white reflector opposite of the speedlite for fill.
